1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing any Vayati realm (Haven, JCastaway Vault, Weave Hub, Inscribe, or associated services), or continuing to use the platform after notice of updated terms, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptance methods: clickwrap at registration, explicit acknowledgment where presented, or continued use after material-change notice per §12.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Vayati provides a cross-realm creative platform for relics, weaves, characters, quests, and legacy expression. Services may evolve; features may be added, modified, or discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable.

Vayati does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Cross-realm features depend on multiple services; temporary unavailability may occur.

Minor clarifications may be updated without extended notice.

Major revisions affecting liability allocation require Keeper decree per Capstone – Governance.
