By creating an account, accessing any Vayati realm (Haven, JCastaway Vault, Weave Hub, Inscribe, or associated services), or continuing to use the platform after notice of updated terms, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Acceptance methods: clickwrap at registration, explicit acknowledgment where presented, or continued use after material-change notice per §12.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Vayati provides a cross-realm creative platform for relics, weaves, characters, quests, and legacy expression. Services may evolve; features may be added, modified, or discontinued with reasonable notice where practicable.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload, subject to the license below.

This license ends when your content is deleted from active systems, except where retention is required for audit, legal compliance, quarantine review, or backup cycles as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for your content and conduct. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate the AUP, applicable law, or third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vayati, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Vayati does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Cross-realm features depend on multiple services; temporary unavailability may occur.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Vayati may suspend or terminate your account or access, with or without notice, for:
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases. Provisions that by nature should survive (§§5–8, 11–13) survive termination.

Sections regarding user content license (to the extent of retained copies), indemnification, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute provisions survive termination.
